Registering is simple. Here's what to expect when you join us as a new NHS patient.
To register as an NHS patient, you'll attend an examination appointment. All examinations are free.
You'll complete some paperwork, including a confidential medical history form.
Your dentist will complete a full examination and discuss all findings with you fully.
